The Branch Sales Officer plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets for refinancing products within a designated branch. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement branch sales strategies focused on refinancing products, working towards achieving individual sales targets and contributing to the branch's overall goals.
- Generate leads through organic sales activities, such as networking, referrals, and local marketing initiatives.
- Manage walk-in customers effectively, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the refinancing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loan consultants and partner dealers to generate leads and drive business development for refinancing products.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of refinancing solutions.
- Ensure the quality of loan applications by adhering to credit policies and conducting thorough credit worthiness assessments.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics related to refinancing products.
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Key Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Ability to understand and explain refinancing products and processes effectively.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive client experience.
