HUMAN RESOURCE STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure they are up to date and confidential
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.)
• Coordinate training sessions and seminars
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
• Help maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Participate in organizing company events, wellness programs, and team-building activities
• Generate reports for internal teams and external partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Open for Fresh Graduate.
• Experience in a similar HR support role is a plus
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential
