Regional Field Activation Lead (Visayas)

Own and drive regional commercial outcomes across the Visayas through best-in-class field execution

Translate national strategies into impactful, localized trade and activation plans
Lead end-to-end execution of trade marketing and consumer engagement initiatives
Manage and inspire a team of 20, including 4 direct reports, to consistently exceed targets
Partner closely with sales, distributors, and key stakeholders to strengthen in-market performance
Champion execution excellence across coverage, visibility, and activation quality
Ensure strict compliance with regulatory and company standards
Utilize data and insights to optimize field programs and improve ROI
Build a strong leadership pipeline through coaching, mentoring, and capability development

Must be based in the Visayas
Open to working in a highly regulated industry environment
Proven track record in field sales and trade marketing (combined experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success in leading large, multi-layered teams (minimum: 20 total headcount, 4 direct reports)
Strong commercial acumen with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Agile, resilient, and highly accountable leadership style
Willing to travel extensively within the region
