JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the overall monitoring and timely checking of all employee attendance-related filing in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Likewise, manages and safekeeps up-to-date employee record and information of the 201 file.

JOB QUALIFICATION
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Preferably with at least 1 yr work experience in HR, particularly in Timekeeping and Employee Services
  • Experience with the Attendance Module or other HR-related modules in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities within the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT)
