- Collaborating with the store manager and team to identify and implement operational improvements
- Contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators and store objectives
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, retail management, or a related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A keen interest in retail operations and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
