We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role is responsible for handling end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, and payment processing while providing bilingual support in both Mandarin and English.

This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals with Accounts Payable or General Accounting experience who are fluent in Mandarin.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform invoice verification and 3-way matching (PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs.
  • Handle vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Perform vendor statement reconciliations.
  • Assist during month-end closing activities.
  • Prepare AP journal entries and accruals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Translate finance-related documents and communications between Mandarin and English.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and internal departments regarding invoice concerns.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course.
  • 1-3 years of experience in:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • General Accounting
  • Business-level Mandarin proficiency (HSK 4/5/6 accepted).
  • Business-level English communication skills.
  • Able to read, write, and speak Mandarin.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as:
  • SAP
  • Oracle
  • NetSuite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Shared Services or BPO environment.
  • Knowledge of China VAT.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
