About the role

You will play a crucial role in aligning your team's efforts with the company's overall technology strategy and objectives.

1. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the IT team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
2. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping them resolve complex issues and improve their skills
3. Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity
4. Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs
5. Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards
6. Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, contributing to the successful delivery of innovative solutions
7. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT leadership role, preferably in the BPO industry
2. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in a range of IT disciplines, including infrastructure, applications, and security
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex issues
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams, with a focus on cultivating a high-performance culture
6. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
7. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
