As a Store Team Leader, you will be in charge of daily store operations, leading a team of associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring overall store efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least college level
• Experience in retail management, ideally with IT or electronics products
• Proven leadership experience as a supervisor or team leader
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interpreting sales and inventory data
• Customer-focused mindset
• Knowledge in basic troubleshooting of laptops, mobile phones, or other tech products

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide store staff to meet daily sales and service goals
• Ensure quality customer service and professionally handle concerns
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and visual display standards
• Train and motivate team members to maintain store performance
• Review sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
• Oversee cashiering procedures and reporting accuracy
• Coordinate with Area Managers and support teams
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and safe
