"MOLD & CASTING MANAGER"

Job Description:

Overseeing mold/casting operations to ensure that daily schedule, production and quality goals are met.
Trouble shoot problems as needed and provide technical leadership to the department, offering recommendations on process and material enhancements.
Design a mold for new items and manage existing production molds to support production efficiency.
Supervising mold making activities and working closely with the manufacturing and quality control departments on existing tooling to improve the process, parts quality, and efficiency.
Track efficiency, quality, scraps, and rework to ensure the continuously improved process.
Supervising and training local team members with SOP process, 5s and Safety Practice.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:

With at least 10 to 15 years’ working experience in the related field is required.
Education: Highschool level
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and Chinese
Must be willing to work holidays and weekends.
Strong and Analytical problem-solving skills.
