ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATE

Assist clients with account and payment concerns
Communicate loan requirements and process housing loan applications
Coordinate with partner financing institutions and internal departments
Monitor and update clients on loan and account status
Manage and build a strong relationship with Key accounts.
Monitor account requirements and resolve incompletion.
Signing and notarial of contracts.
Monitor and process requests for incentives and commission.
Verify accounts that are subject to cancellation.
Process and resolve existing clients’ complaints and concerns.
Document filing and digitalization.
Do other tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Education or any relevant course.

Work Experience: At least one (1) year experience in accounts management, client support, loan processing, or related field preferably in real estate industry.

Others:

Knowledge or exposure to loan processing and client documentation is an advantage
Customer-oriented and willing to assist clients during document signing and other related concerns
Organized and detailed in handling client requirements, reports, and database updates
Good communciation and coordination skills
Good record-keeping and documentation skills
