Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in sales and/or marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Experience using Canva or similar graphic design tools is an advantage
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of integrity and alignment with company values
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; Communications or Business is preferred
  • Stable high-speed internet connection and a reliable laptop or desktop capable of multitasking
  • Must be based in the Philippines

Responsibilities

Booking Management
  • Manage the full booking lifecycle, from receiving client/student requests to tutor matching and post-booking review
  • Understand booking objectives and ensure outcomes meet client and student expectations
  • Respond to booking- and product-related enquiries and recommend suitable tutors
  • Maintain, review, and audit student invoices and tutor payment records
Sales & Marketing
  • Create written content for marketing materials and assist with basic design (brochures, posters, etc.)
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and monthly sales growth
  • Plan and execute social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and audience engagement across Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok

Additional tasks related to bookings, sales, or marketing may be assigned as needed.

Terms & Conditions
  • Work Setup: Remote; reports to the Community Support Team Lead and/or VP for Operations or CEO
  • Compensation: Up to ₱28,000 starting salary, increasing to ₱30,000 by the third month
  • Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (9:00 AM–6:00 PM, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM) with a weekday off, based on business needs
  • Contract: One-year renewable overseas contract under an independent contractor arrangement
