What you'll be doing

- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers through digital channels
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Proficient in using various customer service software and digital tools
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Relevant experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the non-voice/digital support space
