Customer Service for Local Account - Muntinlupa

This is a full-time customer service role based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to our local accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

1. Answering and managing inbound customer phone calls and emails
2. Addressing customer queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
3. Providing accurate information and solutions to customers
4. Documenting customer interactions and following up on open cases
5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
6. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes

1. At least 3 months BPO experience
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
4. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools
5. A positive, patient, and customer-focused attitude
