This is a full-time customer service role based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to our local accounts, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing- Answering and managing inbound customer phone calls and emails
- Addressing customer queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customers
- Documenting customer interactions and following up on open cases
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes
- At least 3 months BPO experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools
- A positive, patient, and customer-focused attitude
