We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Social Media Specialist to bring fresh energy to our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. If you thrive on turning ideas into scroll-stopping content, running strategic campaigns, and sparking engagement, this role is for you.Beyond the marketing spotlight, you’ll also lend your versatile skills to occasional administrative and finance support—making you an essential part of a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Functions – Marketing- Manage and grow social media accounts by planning and scheduling content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Maintain and update website content to ensure timely and relevant information.
- Create, edit, and publish compelling digital content for campaigns, blogs, and social platforms.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead nurturing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for brand positioning.
- Generate leads through targeted campaigns, analytics, and platform strategies.
- Support event planning and coordination, including virtual and promotional events.
- Handle administrative tasks such as email and calendar management.
- Perform data entry and assist with maintaining organized digital records.
- Track and manage expense reports and finance-related documentation when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, email platforms, and website CMS.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
- Experience with basic administrative and finance support is a plus.
