Min 2.5 years Proven experience managing social media for a brand, artist, or creator.Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Metricool).
Core responsibilities:
Execute platform-specific content strategies to grow followers, drive engagement, and increase reach.Create and post high-performing content, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, carousels, memes, and more.
Monitor trends, audio, and viral formats—and apply them creatively to our brand and talent roster.
Edit short-form video clips and repurpose long-form content into social-first formats.
Manage a content calendar and publishing schedule across all platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and help build community.
Track performance using analytics tools and optimize based on results.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, talent, and external partners to align on messaging and campaigns.
