What is your mission?

You will help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances or unresolved items
Review historical records to understand account activity and issues
Communicate with clients or stakeholders regarding open or overdue matters
Take appropriate actions to encourage timely resolution or payment
Process transactions, adjustments, refunds, or corrections as needed
Address billing, account, and credit-related inquiries or concerns
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when handling client challenges
Negotiate and agree on suitable resolution or payment arrangements
Maintain accurate records of account status and follow-up activities
Prepare reports on account activity, performance, and outstanding items
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and closure in line with service standards

Who are we looking for?

High School Graduate
Must have at least 1 year collections experience in a BPO setup handling a voice campaign
Accounts receivable experience is preferred
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Preferably with omnichannel experience (voice/email/chat)
Amenable to work in rotating shifts
Can work in Pavia, Iloilo
