About the role

As a Credit and Collections Officer at F&E ENTERPRISES INC.', you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and credit control processes. This full-time role is located in Sibulan Negros Oriental, and will play a crucial part in the company's financial operations and cash flow management.
What you'll be doing

Reviewing and processing customer invoices and credit applications
Monitoring and following up on overdue payments from customers
Identifying and resolving any billing or credit issues in a timely manner
Maintaining accurate records of all credit and collection activities
Collaborating with the sales and finance teams to ensure effective credit control measures
Providing regular reporting and analysis on the company's accounts receivable performance
Implementing and adhering to the company's credit and collections policies and procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a credit control or collections role, preferably within the accounting/finance industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve credit and collections issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
Thorough understanding of credit control practices, collections processes, and relevant industry regulations
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate financial records
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under tight deadlines
