Job Description
The Relationship Associate supports the Relationship Management Division by coordinating client transactions, maintaining documentation, and assisting with stakeholder communications related to medication access and therapy support.
The role ensures that prescriptions, medication orders, and client requests are accurately documented and properly coordinated with operational teams responsible for fulfillment. By maintaining disciplined documentation and transaction management, the Relationship Associate helps ensure reliable service delivery to healthcare stakeholders and patients receiving treatment.
The role also serves as a development pathway toward becoming a Relationship Manager by building knowledge in healthcare stakeholder engagement, pharmaceutical transactions, and therapy coordination.
Relationship Associates may be assigned on a rotational basis to support Relationship Managers and stakeholder portfolios within the division
Key Responsibilities- Capture and document medication orders, prescriptions, and client requests accurately within company systems.
- Ensure that documentation supporting prescriptions and medication orders is complete and properly recorded.
- Coordinate with operational teams regarding order processing, fulfillment status, and delivery arrangements.
- Provide updates to healthcare stakeholders and patients regarding order processing and medication availability.
- Maintain organized records of client communications, documentation, and transactions.
- Assist in resolving documentation or coordination issues that of medication fulfillment.
- Support Relationship Managers in coordinating stakeholder requests and therapy-related activities.
- Develop knowledge of pharmaceutical documentation, therapy programs, and stakeholder coordination processes.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Previous sales experience (pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, or similar) is a plus but fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills will also be considered.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written), ability to explain technical or medical information in clear terms.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills; customer‑oriented.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, proactive, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, perhaps CRM)
