Institutional Sales Associate (Packaging Solutions)

Institutional Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new corporate and business clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase revenue
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations
• Coordinate with Institutional sales team, marketing and operations
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and business meetings when required
• With fieldwork, client visits or travel.

Institutional Sales Associate Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build professional business relationships
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
