ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

About the role

1. Supervise a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
2. Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
4. Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
5. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes
7. Provide training and mentorship to junior accounting staff

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. Certified Public Accountant
3. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards
4. Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work well in a team and lead a diverse group of professionals
