Job Description
Posted on 3 June 2025- Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segments and geographical locations) as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Actively participates in achieving the department goals which contribute to the marketing budget
- Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for the wholesale accounts.
- Develops increased room nights and Banquet revenue.
- Updates the Sales Account Manager/Sales Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing on the negotiation/ event progress of each group.
- Establishes and maintains files in major accounts and assist Sales Account Manager/Sales Manager in maintaining the accounts management system
- Maintains professional business confidentiality.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field is typically required. Some higher-level roles may prefer a master's degree.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and customer service
- Strong negotiation and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with clients and colleagues.
