Maintenance Planner

Job Description:

• Spearhead execution of company preventive maintenance program through a deliverable 52 week annual schedule
• Develop, recommend, and monitors compliance of standard machine hygiene practices in relation to the implemented preventive maintenance program.
• Maintains records per machine where daily maintenance activities and encountered problems are logged including solutions applied
• Compliance of the company’s engineering related expenses against budget.
• Monitors compliance of Engineering Work Orders being requested by other departments with respect to timing and cost
• Monitors Engineering departmental compliance to the mandated KRA (Key Results Areas) and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicator) and recommends improvement plans to attain performance
• Other assignments that will be assigned by immediate superior that will be assigned from time to time

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or any related field
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems is essential for estimating labor hours and materials
• Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., SAP)
• 1-2 years of working experience
• With strong coordination and inventory management skills
• Ability to break down complex repairs into step-by-step instructions and estimate labor and material costs accurately
