TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT
General Functions:
Technology Consultant, provide technical service and support to relevant internal people and to customers by:
- Being recognized as a source of technical expertise on the Enterprise products and Solution sets that ICS offers.
- Doing proper and thorough qualification of customer’s requirement in relation to the Enterprise products/solutions that ICS carries and providing complete and accurate recommendations.
- Doing evaluation and testing of supported IT products.
- Maintaining and developing technical specialization and certifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years in IT consultancy, product research, training, or support.
- Working knowledge and/or skill in Systems Analysis and Design.
- Working knowledge and/or skill in any current IT network infrastructure and products.
- Has attained any technical certification from major IT brands or IT certification institution.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and comprehension skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Capable of writing technical reports and conducting presentations/training
