Role Overview

As an SAP S/4HANA Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and maintaining strong governance throughout the program lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project delivery (scope, schedule, budget)
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, and reporting
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and key stakeholders
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery frameworks
• Promote continuous improvement and delivery excellence

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, including SAP programs
• Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-vendor enterprise projects
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong analytical, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Industry exposure in manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with SAP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics)
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high accountability
