JOB SUMMARY:

Plans, organizes and directs operations related to ongoing projects IN ORDER TO ensure goals and objectives are being kept and projects are running as planned. Coordinates projects, schedules, tracks the progress of projects and reports the results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Define the Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications of the project

Full project life cycle ownership, by managing over-all project schedules and resources from initiation to deployment
Monitor milestones and accountable for its completion

Manage issues and risks within projects in a systematic manner to avoid detrimental effect to the overall project

Direct the recruitment and selection of project personnel, and also oversee the supplier/partner management to ensure a capable workforce
Ensure that progress reports, proposals, requirement documentations and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders are provided on time
Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
Evaluate viable solutions and opportunities, as they arise

Integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact for optimal effectiveness

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the project team and facilitate the project management team meetings

Demonstrate functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
Participate in quality issue resolution and carrying out internal quality assessments to improve quality of project deliverables
Assist Senior Project Manager, as needed

And such other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Demonstrated expertise in the field of IT Project Management

Strong foundation in Project Management principles

Experience of application programming in technologies such as Visual Basic .NET, PHP, C#/C++ and Microsoft .NET framework development
Experience with networking (WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security), cloud infrastructure, virtualization technologies and remote access solution
Experience in Agile Team

Must be PMP/ Prince2 certified
