Job Opportunity: Warehouse Manager (Construction Industry)

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager who will lead and oversee our warehouse operations in support of our growing construction projects. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the construction industry or related field, with proven expertise in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control.

Core Functions:

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management – Ensure accurate receiving, storing, and dispatching of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
2. Logistics & Distribution Oversight – Streamline movement of materials to project sites for cost efficiency and timeliness.
3. Team Leadership & Compliance – Supervise warehouse staff while maintaining compliance with safety, security, and company standards.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

• Efficient warehouse operations and material handling
• Accurate inventory and stock control
• Timely support to project requirements

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• 98–100% Inventory Accuracy (no major variances during audits)
• On-Time Delivery Rate ≥ 95% (materials dispatched as per project schedule)
• Zero Major Safety Violations (compliance with safety and security protocols)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 5 years of solid warehouse management experience in construction or similar industry
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in inventory systems and warehouse best practices
