Job Description

We are looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Media & Content Operations Staff who will handle the day-to-day media, content, and online customer transactions of the company.

This role is responsible for creating and posting content, managing customer inquiries/orders, organizing media systems, and helping improve the company’s online presence and sales flow.

Main Responsibilities:

• Edit daily photo and video content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
• Post daily content and maintain active social media pages
• Organize media files, videos, and content archives
• Help create engaging content ideas and trends for the brand
• Assist in filming content when needed
• Edit and improve camera recording SOPs and content workflow systems
• Reply to customer inquiries and transactions
• Assist customers with placing orders
• Monitor online orders and coordinate with operations if needed
• Create a simple and organized sales/order system for easier customer transactions
• Help organize media-related systems and workflows
• Maintain consistency of branding and posting schedule
• Ensure content quality aligns with company standards

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School or College Level
• Experience in video editing using CapCut, Canva, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar apps
• Knowledgeable in Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and online trends
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Can work fast and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset and willing to learn
• Trustworthy and responsible
• Experience in content creation is a big advantage
• Basic photography/videography skills are an advantage
• Knowledge in Meta Business Suite and TikTok marketing is a plus

Salary Offer:

• Basic Salary: ₱15,000/month
• Performance incentives and bonuses may be provided based on output, consistency, and company performance.
