The Electroplating and Hell Plating Machine Consultant is responsible for supervising, improving, and maintaining electroplating and hard chrome/hell plating processes and machines. The consultant ensures product quality, machine efficiency, safety compliance, and proper chemical handling in the production area.

Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and improve electroplating and hell plating production processes.
Inspect plating quality, thickness, adhesion, and surface finish.
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot plating machines and equipment.
Recommend process improvements to reduce defects and increase productivity.
Monitor chemical concentration, temperature, voltage, and current settings.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance Departments.
Train operators on proper machine operation, safety, and plating procedures.
Conduct preventive maintenance checks on plating equipment.
Prepare reports on production performance, machine condition, and process issues.
Ensure compliance with company standards, GMP, ISO, and safety regulations.

Assist in solving plating defects such as peeling, burning, pitting, discoloration, and uneven coating.

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
With experience in electroplating, hard chrome plating, or metal surface treatment.
Knowledgeable in plating chemicals, rectifiers, tanks, filters, and machine operation.
Familiar with quality inspection and measurement tools.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Can work with minimal supervision.
