Vicma Marketing Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Staff (Customer Service Representative) to join our team in New Manila, Quezon City. This full-time role will involve providing excellent customer service to our clients, managing inventory, and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

• Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Handling product returns and exchanges with care and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the warehouse is well-organised
• Assisting with the processing and shipment of customer orders
• Collaborating with the sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to the development of the customer service function

• Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
• Proficiency in using relevant software and technologies
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
