Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled JuniorAssociate (Audit & Assurance) to join our dynamic team at our Lucena office. As a JuniorAssociate (Audit & Assurance), you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Proven experience as a Junior Associate (Audit & Assurance) or similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
