What the role will entail- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting, to identify high-quality candidates for open positions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a robust talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential candidates and assess market availability.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational culture.
- Holder of a Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a focus on sourcing and headhunting.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
