About the Job
We are hiring people to help customers. You will answer questions and fix simple problems.
What You Will Do:
- Talk to customers (phone, chat, or email)
- Answer their questions
- Help solve their problems
- Write down what happened in the call
- Ask for help if the problem is hard
Schedule:
- Work on different shifts (day or night)
- May include weekends or holidays
- Paid training (we will teach you everything)
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High graduate
- Can speak and understand English
- Knows basic computer use
- Willing to work in Cebu
- Good salary + bonuses
