Talent Acquisition Associate

Recruitment:
- Execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and preparing job offer drafts
- Coordinate interview schedules in collaboration with hiring managers
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including placements for internship programs
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines using recruitment platforms or internal databases
Pre-Employment and Background Verification:
- Monitoring pre-employment requirements of new hires
- Conducting background checks for employees up to the Supervisor level
Onboarding:
- Prepare employee onboarding kits, contracts, and submit information to the Total Rewards team for them to create the credentials in the HRIS system
Internship:
- Processing all internship-related documents (MOA, allowance requests, etc).
Reports:
- Prepare regular recruitment reports, including status updates, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-fill, to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Logistics Experience is a must
