The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and assessing qualified talent, administering psychometric assessments, and ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

The role contributes to organizational growth through effective staffing strategies, talent pipeline development, employer branding initiatives, and continuous process improvement.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Preferably with at least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations. Preferably, with experience in recruiting IT roles.
  • Background in psychological testing and assessment administration is an advantage.
  • Strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment systems, HRIS, and sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and recruitment technologies.
