About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, manage Sales Associates, and drive overall sales growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who is equally skilled at managing people and closing deals.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate Sales Associates to achieve individual and team targets.
• Actively participate in selling, closing sales.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales
• Expand market reach.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of Sales Associates and provide training and coaching.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Manager, Team Leader, or similar role.
• Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
