VTSA International Inc., the exclusive Distributor of Schneider Lifts and Components Philippines is hiring a AREA SALES MANAGER
WORK LOCATION: Unit 1516, 15th Floor, BPI Corporate Center Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Cebu City
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KPI-DRIVEN):
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting and client
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation,
- Strengthen relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners
- Ensure timely submission of proposals aligned with client requirements and company
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution and delivery
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within the assigned area
- Lead and guide sales team members to ensure consistent target achievement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the elevator, construction, or related
- Strong understanding of elevator and escalator systems, costing, and project requirements
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to travel and handle fieldwork within the assigned territory
