JOB SUMMARY

The Service Ambassador is responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences and driving sales by efficiently handling guest orders, inquiries, and concerns, and proactively upselling outlet products. Their primary objectives are to ensure high guest satisfaction and maintain service standards within the F&B outlet, through accurate order management, personalized service, and efficient resource and operational management.

They achieve this by adhering to established service guidelines, food safety regulations, and operational procedures, working within the limits of their defined responsibilities to deliver a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Engagement and Order Management
  • Warmly greet guests, present menus, accurately take and serve orders, and process payments efficiently
  • Anticipate guest needs, provide personalized recommendations, and address dietary requirements, enhancing the dining experience
  • Effectively upsell items and promote specials to maximize sales
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and payments. This ensures accurate and efficient order processing and payment, while enhancing the guest experience through knowledgeable recommendations and personalized service.
Guest Satisfaction and Service Excellence
  • Proactively address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions
  • Deliver personalized service that exceeds guest expectations, fostering a welcoming and positive atmosphere
  • Gather and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve service quality. This cultivates a positive and memorable dining experience by exceeding guest expectations and proactively addressing their needs and concerns
Operational Efficiency and Resource Management
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup and cleaning, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and monitor and replenish supplies and equipment to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. This maintains a smooth and efficient operational flow, a safe environment for guests and staff, and ensures the availability of necessary resources for efficient service delivery.
KPI Accomplishment
  • Contributes to the team's achievement of key performance indicators by assisting with goals related to the MOD Skills Audit, Beverage Cost, Hygiene Audit, Revenue, and promotional sales. This ensures the department consistently meets operational standards and financial targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least High School graduate
  • With at least one (1) year experience as Service Crew
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills (knowledge of other dialects and languages is a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to deal with different types of individuals
  • Able to build good working relationships and deal with different types of individual
  • Works and communicates effectively with a team
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Positive and confident personality
  • Organized and has great attention to details
  • Flexible to changing business demand
  • Teamplayer
  • Knowledge of operating ‘Point of Sales’ system
