About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial processes. The ideal candidate is a strong team leader with solid technical expertise and high professional integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily accounting operations and financial reporting
- Ensure accuracy of general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor internal controls and financial procedures
- Lead and mentor accounting staff
- Coordinate with management on budgeting and financial planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license is an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Experience in a collection agency or accounts receivable operations is an advantage
