HIRING: Accounting Supervisor (Accounts Payable & General Ledger) - Hybrid

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead and support our Accounts Payable and General Ledger functions. This role is ideal for accounting professionals with strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving process excellence in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise and oversee Accounts Payable and General Ledger operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing activities.
• Review financial transactions and maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support audit requirements and financial reporting activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve operational goals.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, and/or Audit.
• Supervisory experience is preferred; experienced accountants with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in accounting systems/applications and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work onsite in Vertis North, Quezon City.
