Talent Pipeline Management: Builds and maintains pipelines of specialized clinical talent to support high-volume hiring needs.
Sourcing Tools: Proficient in advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases.
Compliance: Ensures candidates meet U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance standards.

Previous experience in RPO, BPO recruitment support, or staffing agency environment.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Capable of handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for U.S. clients.Talent Pipeline Management: Builds and maintains pipelines of specialized clinical talent to support high-volume hiring needs.
Sourcing Tools: Proficient in advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and healthcare databases.
Compliance: Ensures candidates meet U.S. credentialing, licensure, and compliance standards.
Collaboration & Metrics: Works in a metrics-driven RPO environment and collaborates effectively with hiring managers, onboarding, and credentialing teams.
