Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Plumber/Sanitary Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing plumbing plans, estimating plumbing costs, and utilizing various software applications to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop plumbing plans
- Estimate plumbing costs and materials
- Utilize Planswift or Take-off application for accurate take-offs
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for design and drafting
- Familiarity with MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) systems is an advantage
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / Degree Sanitary Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in plumbing design and estimation
- Proficiency in Planswift, Take-off, and AutoCAD software applications
- Licensed Sanitary Engineer or Mechanical Engineer is an advantage
