Customer Relationship Manager

We're looking for a CRM rockstar to take the lead in turning customer data into powerful business moves. As our CRM Manager, you’ll be at the heart of strategy, insights, and execution—driving customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value across every touchpoint.

• Develop and execute CRM strategies focused on customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value
• Manage and analyze customer data to identify key segments, trends, and opportunities for personalized engagement
• Design, implement, and monitor campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, etc.)—from planning to performance tracking
• Create dashboards and reports that provide insights into campaign ROI, customer health, churn risk, and engagement
• Ensure data quality and compliance, working closely with IT/data teams to maintain CRM infrastructure and support privacy standards
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize—bringing innovation and best practices to every touchpoint in the customer journey

• Proven experience in CRM management, campaign execution, and customer analytics
• Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms, automation tools, and data visualization/reporting tools
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Experience in customer-centric industries (retail, fintech, telco, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive projects from idea to execution
