Operations Manager | Travel Account | HMO on Day 1
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily business operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in BPO operations, people leadership, client management, and process improvement. This role requires someone who can drive operational excellence, achieve client KPIs, and foster a high-performing team environment.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO setting.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willing to work on night shifts and shifting schedules.
- Experience handling a travel account is an advantage.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director, Senior Operations Managers, and Department Leaders in executing strategic initiatives and operational projects.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure maximum efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Conduct regular meetings with operations teams to review performance metrics, deliverables, and operational goals.
- Prepare and present business reviews, operational reports, and performance updates to Enshored leadership and clients as needed.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to consistently meet and exceed client SLAs, including productivity and quality targets.
- Analyze reports, records, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with internal teams to support business growth and operational scalability.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment while motivating and developing team members.
- Continuously evaluate operational performance and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and results.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Director, COO, CAO, and CEO regarding operational performance, business needs, and strategic direction.
