Job Summary
  • The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operational performance of the organization. This role develops and executes operational strategies, drives process improvements, manages multiple departments, and ensures the achievement of business goals. The position works closely with leadership to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the company's overall operational activities across multiple departments and business units.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor operational performance and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and cost management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with executive management in developing and executing business strategies.
  • Manage and mentor Supervisors, and other key personnel.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports, forecasts, and recommendations for management.
  • Lead change management initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
  • Resolve complex operational issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and operational support.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across the organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

QualificationsEducation
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience
  • At least eight (8) years of relevant experience in operations, administration, or business management.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in a senior managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple departments, large teams, and complex operational functions.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities.
