Your Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify invoices, payments, and disbursements in compliance with company policies
  • Maintain accurate financial records using ABSS and ensure proper electronic filing of documents
  • Support month-end processes, including bank reconciliations, closing, and preparation of financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
  • Assist in preparing and filing taxes (VAT, EWT, WTC, ITR) and maintain updated books of accounts
  • Support asset tracking, updates, and reporting, including depreciation monitoring
  • Manage petty cash disbursements, replenishment, and reporting
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or General Manager
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting/finance; experience in a construction company is a plus
Skills & Strengths
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in MS Excel, accounting systems, and financial documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial data
