Work Avenue and Business Solutions is hiring Customer Support Associates for telecom-related accounts in Davao. This is an onsite role suited for individuals who can handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver excellent service across different support channels.
Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the following account types based on qualifications and experience:
- General Telecom Support
- Technical Support (Telco-Tech)
- Billing and Account Services
Qualifications:
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- With or without call center experience
- Good to excellent communication skills
