About the Role

As General Manager of Warehouse & Logistics, you will own the entire function. This is not a coordinator role; this is a leadership seat. You are accountable for performance, people, and profit. You’ll bring structure, discipline, and clarity to a fast-moving operation, ensuring the right people are in the right seats and executing at a high level.

1. Operational Excellence

• Ensure the smooth, efficient flow of goods across all warehouse and logistics operations
• Establish, simplify, and enforce clear SOPs
• Drive measurable improvements in delivery performance, safety, and cost efficiency

• Build and execute a clear plan to increase capacity, productivity, and service levels
• Identify opportunities to expand routes, partnerships, and market reach
• Leverage systems (TMS/WMS) to improve visibility and decision-making

1. People & Leadership

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team
• Ensure every team member knows their number and is accountable
• Drive a culture of discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement

1. Financial Performance

• Own the P&L for logistics operations
• Develop and manage budgets with a focus on profitability and cost control
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives without sacrificing service quality

1. Execution & Accountability

• Set clear weekly targets and track results
• Solve issues quickly and permanently (not repeatedly)
• Ensure projects (systems, expansions, process improvements) are delivered on time

• On-time deliveries consistently hit or exceed targets
• Costs are controlled and trending in the right direction
• A strong leadership bench is in place and performing
• Problems are solved at the root, not resurfacing
• The operation runs on structure, not heroics

• Proven leader with 3–5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding
• Strong financial thinker who understands how operations impact the bottom line
• Decisive—able to analyze data and act quickly
