The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyzes and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Overseeing CI tasks/trainings ensuring all are done within the expected timeline
• Supporting future Warehouse expansion deployment where NFTE's cannot be assigned
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure CI initiatives are effectively implemented and sustained within the Warehouses.
• Driving CI initiatives with strong ownership, accountability, and consistency
• Coaching new CI members and supporting floor operations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in teaching or training or any related fields
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Proficient in Google Apps (Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong ownership, accountability, and consistency in execution
