Job Description

• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
• Make product recommendations based on customer preference
• Promptly and professionally respond to customer requests
• Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise
• Constantly coordinate with the warehouseman or the purchaser regarding availability of stocks in the area
• Monitoring and identification of companies without merchandisers or merchandisers who are not doing their job
• Practice of First to Expire, First Out Inventory Management

• Ability to explain products, make recommendations, and resolve concerns in a friendly manner
• High School Diploma or vocational courses
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
