Job Description:- Site Leader for one of the largest Service Centers of P&G, the Manila Service Center (more than 2000 employees), responsible for the ongoing improvement & transformation of the Service Center and the quality of the services & operations delivered for P&G globally;
- Partners with the Global Business Services (GBS) President and Leadership Team in executing the long-term GBS strategies;
- Propose where services will be conducted, technology systems for use, work-process and service level agreements.
- Deliver external reporting (financial reporting) and payments of financial obligations per regulations of P&G operating countries;
- Manage books of accounts required by Securities Commissions / corporate regulators in respective countries, direct and indirect taxes, transfer pricing and audits;
- Design P&G’s services to deliver needs and align the same with P&G’s tax and accounting organizations
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in finance and related roles in a multi-country or regional setting for a multinational manufacturing company for at least 15 years.
- Strong Leadership & People Management Experience in global or regional or multicultural setting.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
